No. Big NO. If you are approached by anyone asking for cash, this is another sign of rental fraud.
WILL YOU EVER RENT A PROPERTY SITE UNSEEN?
No. A legitimate landlord or property manager will be willing to arrange for someone to meet you and show you inside the unit.
